Basement Remodel- Shawn Falchetti,
Dallas, Pa Finish basement. Job included framing, electrical, insulation, hvac modifications, drywall, both suspended
and drywall ceilings, doors, trim, priming, flooring and permits/inspections. Final design had a laundry room, studio area,
utility closet, mechanical room, and under-stairway closet. Room size is 24' x 25'.Overall I was very happy with the quality
of the finished basement. Dave is the owner of Consolidated Builders, and all of my communication was directly with him. It
gave me confidence knowing that I could directly call or email the owner with any requests or questions. During the design
phase, Dave reviewed my plans and offered a few suggestions to increase floor space and reduce cost. The basement had several
problem areas with low duct work, piping, etc, and we discussed different options for addressing these. The framing was completed
in two days, and was excellent. There were many basement obstructions to work around, but the crew did a great job coming
up with solutions. Dave spent some extra time on the finishing of the drywall to ensure all joints were smooth. The doors,
floors, and trim went up quickly. The duct modifications to supply hot and cold air returns worked fine, and the basement
is now as warm as the rest of the house. Because both my wife and I work during the day, we gave Dave a key to the basement
door. We were comfortable with Dave and his crew having access when we were away. During the times we were home, Dave and
his crew were always polite, professional, and unobtrusive. One additional item that I really appreciated: near the end of
the job on a Friday afternoon one of Dave's crew spotted a corroded water heater pipe which was leaking, and near the point
of rupture. They turned off the hot water, then Dave contacted me and offered to send one of their plumbers up first thing
Saturday morning to fix it. When I inspected it I found the pipe was severely corroded, but I hadn't noticed it previously
due to the pipe insulation. Dave's plumber fixed it first thing Saturday for a small fee. This saved me quite a bit of expense.

Addition 1200sf, Joe and Sue
Wichowski, Bear Creek This was a 2 story 20x30 addition. Dave, I appreciate your work on our project last fall.
We are settled and the space is amazing. Our son loves the great room to run around in. We don't know what the best room is
but the new LR, BR, walk in closet, laundry area, and baths are all great. Great design ideas with the steps to save us all
that square footage. I'll give your name to a few friends interested in construction work and I will recommend you to anyone
who asks.Thanks. Joe and Sue Wichowski.

Total Investor Rehab- Merrill
Beyer, Renninscance Mgrs. Bought a foreclosed property from the bank for $25,000, spent $20,000 on the
renovation, and estimated the newly renovated property would appraise at $73,000. Actual Appraisal came in at $84,000--this
is $11,000 higher than expected. This happy outcome was totally the result of the high quality work of this contractor.
Were there problems along the way? Yes. But this property was ugly when we got it, and there were a couple of hidden problems
we literally uncovered after peeling away the rotted floors and walls. He gave excellent advice on how to deal with the unexpected,
and most importantly, he handled the changes at his cost. This attractive property is now rented with positive cash flow,
and my refinancing mortgage has repaid me the cash I used to purchase and renovate the property, plus $11,000+ cash
profit. Thank you, Consolidated Builders. UPDATE! We have done over 20 rehabs for Merrill Beyer. All successful

General carpentry- Dawn Reese-
Plains
Excellent. The crew was on time & sometimes even early to start. They work diligently and met
all time lines. They were very personable, professional, and trustworthy. They performed high quality work for a very good
price. Their biggest concern is quality and customer satisfaction. This is rare, most contractors are all about output and
money.
Roof- Dave Petroski- Nanticoke I called Dave from a friends referral and he came over and inspected
roof and had an estimate to me quickly. I picked the shingles from a selection of roofing product and the roof was started
and completed within a few weeks. We were very happy with the quality job, and the clean up was great. Daves proposal was
lower than the 2 other proposals I received which I liked the best. I would recommend Consolidated Builders.

Water damage- Joyce Hudock,
WB Extensive remodel of kitchen, closet, bathroom, dining room. Repadded, relayed and cleaned carpeting in dining
room, hallway, stairway, bedroom. My line to my toilet (on the 2nd floor) busted while I was out and returned to a waterfall
in my kitchen due to the water running for quite some time. The contractor was very quick to come in and give me an estimate
so I could submit it to my insurance. Once the contract was approved, they were here almost immediately. This was no small
job as it was basically every living area with the exception of my bedroom that was involved. My kitchen and bathroom were
all but gutted, which made living in the home challenging. The crew worked on the areas in such a way that they were able
to make my house more liveable as they moved along. They offered their professional opinion on renovations that were being
done, which was very helpful. They were very professional and courteous and made sure they cleaned up when they were done,
not just at the completion of the job, but each and every day they were here. When the construction was complete, the rug
guy was scheduled immediately, as was the carpet cleaner. I did not have to worry about anything, as the owner scheduled everything.
When the job was complete, the owner did a walk through to be sure everything was done to specifications and to be sure I
was happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of work in their home. Very professional,
high quality work. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
